Fargo Collective started with a simple frustration. The most beautiful weekend homes around Hyderabad were rarely good investments, and the ones built purely as investments were rarely places anyone wanted to spend a weekend. The two goals were treated as opposites.
We don't think they are. A home that is genuinely lovely to be in is exactly the home that stays booked. The trick is to hold design, construction and hospitality in one pair of hands, so nothing gets lost between them.
Design that starts with the site
Every Fargo project begins with the land — its trees, its slope, its light. The Deck was built around a stand of old trees that we refused to cut down. On The Rocks was arranged among giant boulders rather than clearing them. That restraint is what makes each home feel like it belongs, and it is also what makes guests photograph it and come back.
Build quality that holds its value
We develop and build to a consistent standard and a sensible cost, with a cohesive design language across every property. A home that is well built and timeless doesn't just host better — it holds its value and keeps earning for years, which is the whole point of it as an asset.
Management that closes the loop
After handover we take over everything — hospitality, guests, upkeep and revenue. The owner doesn't have to become a hotelier. The Deck broke even on its construction cost in about eighteen months, and Corner House has hosted more than 1,500 guests since it opened in 2025. Those numbers aren't projections; they're what these homes have already done.
